GTX Gruppo is a private holdings company with operations in the USA, Canada, Qatar and UAE. We specialize in finance, real estate and physical commodities (via our fuel subsidiary GritLux , LLC). Our extensive experience in structure finance, financial instruments and commodity markets led us to the development of a proprietary financing process to acquire hospitality assets in a distressed market at highly competitive prices.

Our process is risk free for both the seller and the buyer, eliminating the need for lengthy and costly third-party appraisals and bank loan approvals. 


Our long term relationship with our private lender, who assisted us in creating our proprietary financing process has access to up to $100 billion USD from sixteen non-bank financial institutions.


We utilize an alternative approach for the basis of valuing our real estate transactions.

Mr. Chang has over 25 years of experience in finance and commodities. Over the past 20 years, Mr. Chang worked with U.S. and International hedge funds and high-net individuals specializing in capital raises, mergers, acquisitions, corporate structure, and convertible debt. Through investments in natural resources and commodities, he has gained extensive experience in Oil and Gas development and in 2016 formed a refined fuel reselling business Gritlux, LLC with Mr. Ross in 2016. Through his experience in international trade, Mr. Chang has developed a great understanding of financial instruments which are key to asset enhancement and the growth of GTX Gruppo.
