Mr. Vassar has several years of experience in international law, he modeled his practice as a partner in the law firm Jung & Vassar to specialize in the development of Chinese companies in America, where he remains a partner to date. Mr. Vassar has practiced law in the Washington D.C. area. Being conversant in Mandarin Chinese, Mr. Vassar has negotiated or assisted in negotiating and drafting contracts in connection with corporate development in and with the People’s Republic of China since 1985 including commercial/resort real estate developments. Mr. Vassar has also assisted American companies with their business negotiations in China as well as Chinese companies doing business in the United States.
